Margaret Richardson has been with PNC since 1999. She is Senior Vice President and Chief Operations Officer for PNC Investments. The division is responsible for providing operating services to PNC’s retail broker-dealer. Prior to this role, she was an Initiative Lead in the PNC's Strategic Initiatives Office, responsible for delivering large, corporate-wide initiatives such as acquisition integrations and enterprise projects. She worked extensively on the PNC-National City acquisition. Margaret holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Fordham University and an MBA in Finance and Management from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
She is also the parent of a teenage son on the autism spectrum. Her family sought assistance from The PEAL Center when moving her family to Pennsylvania and has remained a support ever since.
