Dr. Josie Badger received her Doctorate in Healthcare Ethics from Duquesne University in 2014. She completed graduate school for Rehabilitation Counseling at the University of Pittsburgh in April 2009 and is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor. In May of 2007 she graduated summa cum laude from Geneva College, majoring in Disability Law and Advocacy. Dr. Badger works at PEAL as the Youth Director, assisting youth in transition and leadership development. In addition, she is the Co-Director of the national RSA- Parent Training and Information Center technical assistance center (RAISE) and the campaign manager of the #IWantToWork Campaign -- to improve employment of youth with disabilities. In 2012, Dr. Badger was crowned Ms. Wheelchair America.
