The Charting the LifeCourse Framework was created by families to help individuals and families of all abilities and all ages to develop a vision for a good life, think about what they need to know and do, identify how to find or develop supports, and discover what it takes to live the lives they want.
Middle School Success: The Path to Graduation (P2G)
The Path to Graduation (P2G) will provide intensive, ongoing professional development and coaching using evidence-based instructional and adult learning practices that will build the capacity of schools to address the academic and behavioral needs to middle school students with disabilities, in particular, students identified with emotional disturbance.
