Allison Kuchler
Mrs. Allison Kuchler has served as a Director of Special Education and Supervisor of Special Education at all levels, as well as an early intervention Multiple Disabilities Support teacher, an elementary Learning Support teacher, and a high school Life Skills Support teacher. She has experience in both large and small suburban public school districts and a wide-lens view for systemic change.
Allison believes that all children have unique and specific strengths and talents, and it is our collective job to nurture them so they can be successful. Allison has successfully defended her dissertation, titled “Standards-Aligned Instruction for Students with Significant Cognitive Disabilities”. She is the parent of two grown children, one who had an IEP and one who had a GIEP and 504 service agreement.
Allison fosters relationships with all stakeholders to create a positive and collaborative educational experience for all involved, with a continuous focus on individual needs.
