PEAL is seeking a passionate Youth Empowerment Specialist to support youth and young adults with disabilities as they build leadership, self-advocacy, and transition skills for adulthood. This part-time hybrid role based in Greater Philadelphia is ideal for someone who believes in the power of lived experience, authentic connection, and inclusive communities. Candidates with lived disability experience, including self-advocates and siblings, are strongly encouraged to apply.
