Yesterday, PEAL Center staff came together for a virtual all-staff winter party. It was a fun and meaningful way to strengthen connection and community across distance.
The celebration included a virtual escape room that sparked teamwork and problem-solving, along with lighthearted “team superlatives” voted on by staff. Colleagues also shared favorite winter dishes and hobbies, showed off creative snowy virtual backgrounds, and enjoyed a few surprise guest appearances from team members’ pets which is always a highlight every time.
More than a seasonal gathering, the party created space for staff to learn about one another beyond job titles and day-to-day responsibilities. Moments like these build relationships, deepen trust, and support the collaboration that helps PEAL Center serve families and communities.
